Gregory Crovo – Kelvin Chia Partnership

Practice/Organization Description

I am a Partner (Foreign Lawyer) with Kelvin Chia Partnership (gregory.crovo@kcpartnership.com), and have been with the firm’s corporate and commercial department since 2004. I handle a range of corporate and commercial matters throughout the Southeast Asia region, with a particular emphasis on investment and doing business in Vietnam. My main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other investments in SE Asia, assisting with corporate reorganizations and restructurings, property development, distribution agreements, management contracts, franchise agreements and sale and purchases of businesses.

I have handled a variety of complex cross-border transactions and acquisitions involving Vietnamese and other South East Asian companies, and have assisted in setting up several foreign invested companies in Vietnam, ranging from those investing in large scale industrial complexes and manufacturing centres to those engaged in the service industries, hotels and resorts.

I was posted to and continue to actively work out of KCP's Singapore, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
