I work with companies of all sizes to handle a broad range of business and employment matters, from handling business formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance transactions, and corporate governance work to drafting and negotiating business and employment agreements and developing policies, to advising companies on regulatory compliance, employment, and technology and electronic data management issues

I frequently write articles for a broad range of publications, and am a regular contributor to the Maryland Daily Record's Generation J.D. blog.
