At the Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, I am personally dedicated to providing personal and effective immigration services and advice to artists, entertainment industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors who wish to enter the U.S.

Born in South Africa, and having grown up in Argentina and Mexico, fluent in Spanish and Afrikaans, Attorney Hendrik Tjaart Jacobus Pretorius emigrated to the United States of America in the year 2000. Having grown up in several countries around the world Attorney Pretorius understands the unique situation foreign born persons face when entering a new country hoping to live, work, and realize their dreams in the United States of America. Combined with his knowledge of specialized U.S. Immigration Laws and Procedures he is eager and well equipped to assist families, individuals, and businesses navigate the complexities of immigration processing.

Education

Hendrik earned his Bachelors of Science degree with honors in Finance and Economics from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and earned his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Santa Clara University School of Law where he held the position of Technical Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review.
