Partner, Antitrust Practice Group, Cooley LLP, a 750 person law firm, focused on the technology, life sciences and clean tech industries, with offices in Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, CA, Broomfield, CO, Boston, MA, New York, NY, Seattle, WA, Washington, DC, and Shanghai, China.

Practice focused on antitrust issues confronting high-tech industries, particularly biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device, and computer hardware, software, e-commerce and social media industries, appearing regularly before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and state attorneys general, in investigations involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and alleged monopolization and restraints of trade. Practice also focused on consumer protection issues, including privacy and false advertising claims by the Federal Trade Commission.
