Mr. Imrich is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Law Offices of Ian J. Imrich, a Professional Corporation. He was born on March 2nd 1964 in Los Angeles. Mr. Imrich obtained his B.A. degree with Dean’s Honors in 1986 from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1989 where he finished in the top 15% of his class.
He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts within the State of California. Mr. Imrich has been in private law practice for over 23 years. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Imrich has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters across a broad spectrum of business, intellectual property, entertainment, constitutional, and gaming law issues that confront his diverse clientele. He has handled domestic as well as complex cross-border transactions in these and related practice areas. He is frequently consulted on such matters and has handled numerous transactions and litigation matters in related eCommerce market sectors.
Mr. Imrich is a Member of American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section and California State Bar Litigation Section. He is also a long-standing member of the ABA Forum Committee on Entertainment and Sports Law, and is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law. Mr. Imrich regularly serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and for the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
