I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Law Offices of Ian J. Imrich, a Professional Corporation. I was born in March of 1964 in Los Angeles and have lived here ever since -- a rare native Californian and life-long Angeleno. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree with Dean’s Honors in 1986 from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and my Juris Doctorate law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1989 where I finished in the top 15% of my class.
I am admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts within the State of California. I have been in private practice for over 24 years. From my base in Southern California, I have successfully represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters across a broad spectrum of business, intellectual property, entertainment, constitutional, and gaming law issues that have confronted my diverse and eclectic clientele. I have handled US domestic as well as complex cross-border international transactions in these and related practice areas. I am frequently consulted on these sorts of matters and have handled scores of of transactions and litigation matters in related eCommerce market sectors.
I am a Member of American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section and California State Bar Litigation Section. I am also a long-standing member of the ABA Forum Committee on Entertainment and Sports Law, and of the prestigious International Masters of Gaming Law. I regularly serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator within Los Angeles County.
