The objective was to develop a client-driven practice offering exceptional legal counsel without big firm attitude – or big firm rates. Our commitment to that founding vision is the cornerstone of our continued success.
We're especially proud that we've steadily grown our firm over the past 20 years primarily by developing and expanding existing client relationships. Our clients come to trust and depend on our skill, judgment and integrity, and stay with us long-term. They refer other individuals, executives, companies and institutions to us with confidence, and in this way have been instrumental in building our ever-expanding client base.
Plainly put, we are well trained, highly skilled, extremely efficient and practical, with a range and depth of experience rarely found in smaller firms. We delegate where appropriate, but do not staff our clients' matters with layers of lawyers. Our partners are typically the principal client contact throughout, which invariably proves to be the most effective way to achieve our clients' objectives without burdensome fees. We place a premium on collaborating among our practice groups and view each client relationship as the collective responsibility of our entire firm.
