I provide counsel to closely held and family businesses in the areas of corporate, international and business planning.
I also assist clients in the United States with confirming the employment eligibility of their workforces and defending them in government investigations in this area.
I research investment opportunities in the U.S. for foreign clients, form corporations and other business entities including international joint-ventures; develop long-term plans to coordinate the business goals of clients with available immigration benefits and assist clients in the preparation of visa petitions and supporting documentation.
I also participate in coordinating reverse-trade missions for Chinese businesses seeking investment opportunities in the United States.
