I am an attorney in the Commercial Transactions and Public Lands Section of General Land Office's Legal Services Division.
I regularly advise agency clients on various legal issues regarding complex commercial transactions, the purchase and sale of land, land trades, commercial leases, mineral leases, boundary disputes, title disputes, water law, and taxing issues that impact state lands. I also provide legal advice to agency clients on real estate legal issues pertaining to the acquisition, disposition, and management of lands dedicated to the Permanent School Fund.
