Jeffrey Gross

Practice/Organization Description

As a partner in a boutique law firm, my practice includes a wide variety of complex commercial and business litigation, including technology-related matters. I have represented clients who range from individuals to small businesses to large institutions in matters involving the antitrust laws, RICO claims, fraud, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, and the securities laws. I have represented clients in white collar criminal matters and investigations brought by the SEC, FINRA, the New York State Attorney General, and other governmental or regulatory bodies. Recently, I have litigated several trade secret, non-compete, and other employment-related disputes. I have also recently been involved in litigation over computer software licensing agreements and other technology-related litigation.

I am currently involved in a cutting-edge dispute about rights to a social media account and advise companies on policies and practices governing their employees.
