Also advises in area of e-discovery, record retention and privacy. Expertise in the area of injunctions and other emergency applications, especially regarding the enforcement of restrictive covenants, including non-competition and other post-termination obligations, whether against franchisees, dealers, distributors, licensees or departing senior employees/fiduciaries. Experience includes compelling ISPs to take down offensive websites and to disclose personal information regarding anonymous senders of defamatory or harassing e-mails.
