Josh conducts seminars on the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, e-Discovery, and other growing trends in litigation. Josh has done over 60 e-Discovery seminars, covering all of North America from Miami to Anchorage and Canada. Josh is the blogger on e-Discovery, highlighting issues of text message authentication, YouTube deposition exhibits, and MP3 Players as the cause of class action lawsuits. Josh has planned and coordinated large seminars and webinars with many thought leaders in the industry, including Michael Arkfeld and Magistrate Judge John Facciola.
Josh has also been an invited speaker at bar association events and trade shows, in addition to serving as a guest lecturer on e-Discovery at several law schools. He effectively applies his real-world knowledge to show lawyers how they can increase their efficiency and master factual issues using litigation support software.
