Who I Am:
I'm an Arizona Consumer Collection Law Attorney for businesses and founder of an Arizona Collection Law Firm. I'm dedicated to Collections and Creditors’ Rights, Committed to long term NET results for my clients and Capable of meeting the most demanding Client EDI requirements.
Who I Help:
My primary clients are creditors and large Arizona companies with $15 million plus a year business serving consumers with 2% bad debt ratio; 60 – 80 files per average balance of $3000 minimum. My clients are companies collecting from consumers.
How I Help:
I utilize state of the art recovery, electronic payment, computer security, data security, document imaging, investigative and information software. With over 30 years of experience I've learned to pull the best of what collections has to offer and combine it with what attorneys can offer. It's a very effective combination.
