Bradley H. Lehrman is a partner with the Minneapolis-based law firm Lommen Abdo practicing in the corporate finance and entrepreneurial venture group. He is also the founder and President of Portage Capital, Inc., a business and venture capital consulting firm serving a select number of emerging companies with business management and investor relation services. Lehrman has an extensive background as an attorney, business advisor, private investor, and board member involved primarily in early stage venture capital transactions
Professional Associations & Memberships
Lehrman has dedicated a significant portion of his professional career to community issues. He served as a Board member of The Minnesota Advocates For Human Rights (1996-2000, Executive Committee 1999-2000) and through that organization has received two prestigious International Human Rights Recognition Awards; one in 1993 and the other in 1997 as founder of a national human rights educational outreach program. Lehrman served as a Board member (1994-2002) for The Jewish Family and Children's Service, and presently serves as a mentor for law students at William Mitchell College of Law.
Lehrman is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Adath Synagogue in Minnetonka MN where he leads the MN Interfaith Darfur Coalition. He also acts as a special advisor to the Board of the Minneapolis Jewish Community Center. Lehrman is a member of The Minnesota Venture Capital Association, The Minnesota Bar Association, and serves on the University of MN Business Advisory Council.
