Practice/Organization Description
Linda Wilkins works with companies and their boards of directors to design executive compensation plans to recruit and retain key executives. She also represents executives in negotiating their employment and severance agreements. She advises business owners on exit strategies, including leveraged ESOP transactions. Linda has considerable experience in all aspects of employee benefits and compensation, including stock incentive plans, the executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and SEC-required disclosures of executive compensation in proxy statements of public companies.
Prior to forming her firm in October 2009, Linda was a partner in the employee benefits practice group of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell for over 25 years.
Linda's firm is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise Council- Southwest, and by the State of Texas as an Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).
