The law firm of Mary Ann Aiello, P.C. is a boutique law firm in Nassau County focusing exclusively on family and matrimonial law matters. The firm handles all matters within this area of practice including contested and uncontested divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, equitable distribution, visitation/parenting time, and grandparent’s visitation. In addition, the firm handles post-judgment, enforcement of divorce decrees and agreements and modification proceedings. Further the firm handles family court orders of protection, neglect and abuse proceedings, as well as appeals.

The firm’s philosophy is founded upon a recognition and respect of the family. We always remain cognizant of the family, knowing that the course of the proceedings will significantly affect the lives of mothers, fathers, children, as well as grandparents and other family members. Although family law matters are often the source of stress and strife, our firm always strives to resolve matters with civility to achieve the best possible outcome for all individuals whose lives will be affected. One of Ms. Aiello’s greatest strengths is the ability to craft creative solutions that meet the needs and satisfy both parties. In the event that the matter cannot be resolved, Ms. Aiello can rely on her experience litigating and trying a multitude of cases regarding a wide range of issues.

Mary Ann Aiello, Esq., the principal of the firm, relies on almost 30 years of experience zealously advocating for her clients’ rights. After gaining several years of experience working for other firms, Ms. Aiello ventured out to blaze her own path in 1987. Since then she has become a prominent figure in the Long Island matrimonial and family law community and is a member and leader of various bar associations and other professional organizations. Additionally, she has relied on her vast experience to teach numerous courses for Continuing Legal Education credits as well as at local universities and law schools.
