Practice/Organization Description
To provide expert legal services in Immigration, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy that assist those who need our help transitioning from uncertainty to success.
Guiding Principles:
1. Expertise in the law.
2. Organize the practice for success.
3. Educate and inform the client
4. Attention to detail
Immigration law is the starting point for the type of legal services that we provide in order to guide and protect our client’s transition into becoming citizens. Once we have helped them achieve this dream, our work begins on helping them secure the fruits of citizenship by designing estate plans to protect the next generation of Americans. Our other major service is to help all Americans get a new start and back on the path to success as provided by Congress in the Bankruptcy Code.
