I represent employers and insurers in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation matters.
My entire practice is devoted to workers' compensation.
Approximately 80% of my practice is litigation and settlement of cases.
This includes development of a litigation plan and retention of experts in medical, investigative and vocational fields.
About 10% of my practice is appellate work, appearing before the Pa WCAB, Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court.
The remaining 10% of my practice involves "pre-litigation" meetings with employers and insurers to discuss the implementation of policies and procedures that place those clients in the "best possible position" in the event of an injury and subsequent litigation.
