Michael advises and represents clients on the Competition Act, anti-corruption laws, and other regulatory issues.

COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Michael represents clients involved in commercial disputes, such as disputes between investors, disputes over contracts, frauds, etc. Michael represents clients before courts as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals.
