Michael advises and represents clients on the Competition Act, anti-corruption laws, and other regulatory issues.


Michael represents clients involved in commercial disputes, such as disputes between investors, disputes over contracts, frauds, etc. Michael represents clients before courts as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals.


Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP (AGM) is a team of experienced and dedicated trial lawyers. AGM lawyers have appeared before every level of court in some of the most complex litigation in Canada.
