Practice/Organization Description
Michael A. Burger is a partner in Davidson Fink LLP, a medium-sized regional law firm with a multi-disciplinary practice. Mr. Burger currently dedicates a portion of his practice, and a series of published articles, to helping the victims of financial abuse, fraud, duress or undue influence to recover their money or set aside fraudulent transactions effected through misuse of a power of attorney, an estate, trust, business entity or other fiduciary office. His practice includes counseling clients regarding their estate, including the use of wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney. The balance of Mr. Burger's practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, including civil rights work.
