Michelle J. Douglass, principal, established The Douglass Law Firm, L.L.C. in Northfield, NJ located just minutes away from Atlantic City. The Firm handles most every employment issue. The Firm prides itself on its comprehensive understanding of the many facets and nuances of the law that affect both employees and employers. Although the Firm continues to represent primarily employees, it devotes a substantial portion of its time representing employers. As a result, it offers a unique, full circle perspective to employment scenarios resulting from being on both sides of the employment matter.
Most of our clients are referred to Ms. Douglass by other lawyers. We consider this one of the highest compliments we can receive. We honor the confidence our clients and referring attorneys have placed in us. The Firm uses the latest technology in order to operate a law practice that is primarily internet based and "paperless." This enables us to keep our clients informed of all new substantive information and case law developments.
