Michael W. Dolan has appeared in litigation before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the Federal Circuits, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
