It is our belief that you, as an individual, should not have to face financial ruin because your Social Security Disability or Long Term Disability benefits have been denied. It can become extremely frustrating and risky trying to navigate your way through the extensive claims process for Long Term Disability insurance, ERISA Disability Insurance claims, and Florida City and State Pension Disability claims without the aid of a qualified attorney experienced in proving how your disability entitles you to benefits.
If you are injured on the job you should be paid the Workers’ Compensation benefits that they are owed and be provided with medical treatment promptly. If your Workers Compensation benefits are denied, discontinued, or reduced, it might be necessary to hire a Worker’s Compensation attorney. Every day firefighters, police officers, paramedics, EMTs, and correctional officers put their lives on the line for us.
We have helped clients with a variety of ailments and medical conditions such as: heart disease, hypertension, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, spinal injuries, post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. Here at Cavey & Barrett we use the latest cutting-edge technology to keep us informed of up to the minute changes in medical literature and the combined effects of any medications that you may be taking.
