Nathan Cecil is a trade and transport/commercial litigation solicitor focusing on the shipping and international trade sectors. Nathan specialises in commercial shipping and admiralty law, including charter party disputes, bill of lading issues, pollution prosecutions, cargo claims, ship sale and purchase, salvage, towage and pilotage, contracts of affreightment, Competition and Consumer Act claims and international arbitration.
Nathan specialises in Trade & Transport Law, and in particular, Maritime Law.
