Nicolette Mendenhall primarily handles business-related bankruptcies, whether for a company or individual, and bankruptcy trustee litigation. She is also experienced in a wide range of other legal matters relating to businesses and individuals, including: contracts/leases, contract breaches, corporate fiduciary duties, conversion and/or transfer of corporate assets, debt-related issues, bankruptcy issues, creditor collection violations, collections, foreclosures, enforcement of promissory notes and/or guarantees, landlord-tenant disputes, and more.
She is also active with with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Executive Committee of the Women and Law Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Clients' Financial Assistance Fund of the Indiana State Bar Association, Young Professionals of Central Indiana, Central Indiana Peace Corps Association, and more. Prior to practicing law, Nicolette was a Community Health Educator with the United States Peace Corps in Turkmenistan.
