Mr. Nash specializes in representing closely held business owners with formation, financing, operating, merger, acquisition and sale matters; representing nonprofit organizations from formation, obtaining tax exempt status with the IRS and state of incorporation, operating issues (including tax, unrelated business tax issues), fund raising and foreign grant making matters; representing high net worth individuals with estate planning, including charitable giving and sophisticated planning and deferral methods; and representing individuals in Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy cases, and small to mid-size businesses in Chapter 11 (and occasionally Chapter 7) bankruptcy cases.
