PCT Law Group, PLLC is a law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia that provides legal services and representation in the complimentary core areas of corporate, employment, intellectual property, and litigation.

Mr. Jackson brings a wealth of intellectual property law experience to PCT. Before joining PCT, he was a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and Banner & Witcoff, Ltd., and served as in-house patent counsel at Siemens AG in Iselin, NJ and at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Mr. Jackson has written and prosecuted hundreds of patents to issue in the electrical, electronic and computer arts including specialties in medical device, optical device, telecommunications and converging television technologies.

He is also an experienced litigator serving as counsel to both patent owners and in defense of patent litigation. Mr. Jackson is the author of "The Role of the Attorney in the Telecommunications Industry Today" which appeared in Telecommunication Client Strategies (2008). He is fluent in German and French.
