Practice/Organization Description

The Law Office of Johnson & Johnson is a partnership between Peter Johnson & Carin Johnson. The areas of focus for Peter Johnson is DUI Defense; Criminal Defense; and Civil Rights actions. The areas of focus for Carin Johnson are Juvenile Dependency Defense and Juvenile Delinquency Defense. Both attorney have received a great deal training and education specific to their focus areas. Peter Johnson has completed the NHTSA Certified DUI/DWI Investigation and SFST training course. He has been trained on the various breath testing machines used in the area by law enforcement and completed advanced training in the areas of breath testing; blood testing; urine testing; field sobriety test administration; preliminary (roadside) breath tests; DUI Investigation; Forensic Alcohol Analysis; DUI Evidence in the Courtroom and DUI Case Law, including law and motion practice and trial advocacy; In the area of Civil Rights Law Peter Johnson has attended prominent seminars in Santa Fe New Mexico Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Georgetown School of Law Title 42 Section 1983 amongst others.
