Practice/Organization Description
Lawyer, writer, blogger, speaker. Law practice is focused on bankruptcy chapters 7, 13, 11, as well as bankruptcy litigation and commercial litigation. But my passion is law office technology and consulting.
I write a feature for TechnoLawyer entitled "Small Law" where I share my views on our profession and the state of technology in practice management.
I maintain a network of blogs and websites as part of my work with solos and small firms. I'm proud to sit on the boards of several start up companies as well.
If a technology or business model cannot shake things up, it probably isn't worth your time or attention. Demand more and you will probably get it.
