Attorney Raymond Lahoud, a former business leader who earned many accolades throughout his life for his excellent academic performance, business leadership and political activism, is the Managing Partner of Baurkot & Baurkot's Immigration Law Practice.

Attorney Lahoud graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in English. While at Lehigh, Attorney Lahoud studied at the London School of Economics (International Law & Trade) and the Umbra Institute (Italian Language & Literature). Attorney Lahoud also served as the Editor of The Lehigh Review, earned Deans List each semester, was named a President's Scholar, was inducted into Phi Beta Delta and received, among other awards, the Williams Award, Cohen Scholarship, Treen Scholarship and Littner Scholarship.

Prior to attending Lehigh University, Attorney Lahoud served as a United States Congressional Page, under then-Congressman Ray LaHood (R-IL), who later served as the Secretary of Transportation for former-President Barack Obama. Attorney Lahoud also served as a legislative aide to State Senator Lisa Boscola (D-PA) and was the founder and director of Youth for America PAC, a nationwide Political Action Committee that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for various political candidates and registered thousands to vote across America.

After completing his studies at Lehigh University, Attorney Lahoud attended Georgetown University Law Center. There, Attorney Lahoud was named to and served as an article editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal-a leading international academic resource focusing solely on immigration issues. While in law school, Attorney Lahoud clerked for the Honorable Joanne Seybert, Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York and took on employ as a Summer Associate with Sullivan & Cromwell, a premier New York law firm.

Attorney Lahoud is a nationally recognized immigration attorney, having handled all types of immigration matters and has litigated them from local immigration offices and immigration courts to the highest appellate courts.

Attorney Lahoud's practice is limited to immigration and nationality law, representing individuals, families, small businesses, non-profits, corporations, religious organizations, universities, colleges, hospitals, non-citizens facing immigration consequences as a result of criminal charges or convictions, human resource departments, global investors, traders, and professionals.

Attorney Lahoud's immigration work includes deportation defense, asylum, immigration court bond requests, border entry and customs concerns, immigration court litigation, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Courts across the United States, family immigration, employment immigration, citizenship and naturalization, and all immigrant and non-immigrant US visas, such as employment based immigrant visas, family petition immigrant visas, A, B-1, B-2, C, D, E, E-3, EB-5 (investor), F, J, H, H-1B, H-2B, K-1, K-3, L, O, P, Q, R, S, T, TN, and U visas, as well as National Interest Waivers, regional centers, professional athlete and entertainment, multinational managers and executives, outstanding professors and researchers, marriage petitions, and violence against women petitions.

Attorney Lahoud has extensive experience and expertise in PERM Labor Certifications, OPT, I-9 Verifications, I-9 Compliance Audits, Department of Homeland Security Employer-Immigration Investigations, and human resource immigration management.

Attorney Lahoud resides in Pennsylvania and practices federal immigration law and deportation defense across the United States, with a focus on matters in Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Philadelphia, York, Scranton, Reading, Lebanon, Hazleton, and beyond), New Jersey, and New York.
