Practice/Organization Description
My statewide practice focuses on diverse areas of civil litigation and trial work. I regularly handle cases involving commercial disputes, construction, consumer protection, and employment. I also handle real estate disputes including HOA disputes, development ventures and landlord-tenant relationships. For my clients not involved in litigation, it is my goal to try to resolve issues and avoid disputes; however, I handle each case looking toward the possibility of trial.
