I am a recognized legal expert on securitization and foreclosure. I have been quoted and copnsulted by the medi including the New York imes, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberh=g New and AFP. I first published articles forecasting the toxic document crisis more than two years ago. I am a consultant with Guidepoint Global.
My basic poisition is that those who make the law or enforce the law are obliged to obey the law.No one is abnove the law. The foreclosure crisis preciptated a judicial crisis where legal reqjuirements werebeing ignored and summary judgments across the nation were being handed down based upon defective, deficient or spurious documentation and pleadings.
Much of the poast two years has been spent trying top identify the problem and what went wrong. Now I am engaged in trying to show how foreclosure can be conducted efficnetly, quickly and legally without denying due poircess to borrowers or trampling upon consumer rights.
