I am admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
I have appeared before trial and appellate courts in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey, as well as various agencies including the United States Trial and Trademark Appeal Board, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission and local zoning hearing boards. I have also served as an arbitrator in Cumberland County and York County, Pennsylvania.
I am an assistant editor of the Vindobona Journal of International Commercial Law and Arbitration, and regularly contribute articles to various industry and legal publications.
I received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master of Science from Auburn University. I earned a Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Law from the University of London. During law school, I worked as a law clerk to Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin and worked with Mid Penn Legal Services to help provide legal assistance to low-income individuals.
