Seth Row – E-Discovery Answers

Practice/Organization Description

Seth is a litigator, licensed in Oregon and Washington, and an electronic discovery consultant. He was formerly with the Portland Oregon office of Holland & Knight LLP, an international law firm of more than 1100 lawyers. Seth focuses on helping clients in the construction, real estate development, retail trade and hospitality industries resolve complex disputes efficiently and successfully, whether through litigation, arbitration, or negotiated settlement. His practice emphasizes commercial litigation, employment law, and construction matters.

During his tenure with Holland & Knight Seth provided assistance to clients across the country in matters involving e-discovery and document retention. Seth is a frequent speaker and author on electronic discovery and pre-trial practice. Seth's experience in labor and employment law includes defending employers in litigation relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, including class action litigation, and counseling on employment practices. Prior to entering private practice he was law clerk to a federal trial judge in the Eastern District of Washington.
