The Law Offices of David B. Shaev has represented consumer bankruptcy clients for more than 25 years in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

The office is conveniently located in the Empire State Building, close to all transportation .

The office is dedicated to the protection of consumer rights as related to bankruptcy both before, during and after a bankruptcy.

The office files Chapter 13, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies.

David B. Shaev is a member of NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys), NACA(National Association of Consumer Advocates), the American Bankruptcy Institute, The Mid-Hudson County Bankruptcy Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

David B. Shaev is a graduate ("Soldier") of O. Max Gardner Bootcamp in North Carolina, dedicated to the protection of consumer debtors in bankruptcy.
