Jeff’s practice is focused on the representation of individuals and businesses in complex financial litigation matters including: commercial litigation, bankruptcy matters, tax litigation, pension and employee benefit litigation, employment litigation and construction litigation. He regularly argues and tries cases involving in state and federal court. In addition he regularly serves as counsel to bankruptcy debtors and unsecured creditor committees.
Jeff is currently chairs the Bankruptcy Committee of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. He also holds several leadership positions in the Connecticut Bar Association. In 2005, Jeff was selected by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a New Leader of Law (Overall Achievement, Fairfield County).
Jeff is a frequent lecturer and author on topics involving bankruptcy law and the interaction of bankruptcy with labor and tax laws.
