Practice/Organization Description

I am a family law mediator and collaborative law attorney. I believe whenever possible, and it almost always is, two parties can work through their differences and find a compromise they can both live with through mediation or collaborative law.

I am licensed to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court (Central District of California.) I have received training in Basic Mediation (community), Divorce Mediation,"Mediating Civil Harassment Cases", and

My approach to Dispute Resolution is that any person, with any issue, can succeed in mediation if they enter the process with an open mind and in good faith. You may not end up with a "perfect" agreement, however; with an open mind and in good faith, you can end up with an agreement you both can live with.

I carry Mediator's liability insurance.
