Stephen is a consultant/advisor with a background in law, psychology and business. He is currently Chairman of Eaton

Square, a corporate advisory and private equity investment firm specialising in working with professional service

organisations; Vice-Chairman of WDScott, an international management consultancy firm based in London; Director

of Advent Lawyers, Chairman of Vertical Financial Solutions, Special Board Advisor to Capricorn Investment Partners

Ltd and Chairman of TP3.

Stephen’s career includes 14 years as a Partner and Managing Partner of Price

Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC), and Managing Director and CEO

roles with a number of consulting firms including 2 years running IBM Consulting in

Australia and New Zealand and International CEO of Cardno, after he led the sale of Acil

Australia to Cardno and participated in their IPO.

Stephen‘s specialisation as an advisor and consultant has been working exclusively with

professional service firms. He has managed and led company sales, acquisitions and

mergers with PWC, Aptech, IBM, Cap Gemini, Cardno and WDScott.

Stephen has a keen interest and expertise in the legal services industry having

consulted for over 25 years with international, UK and Australian law firms. He

specialises in the transitions and reshaping of partnerships as they adapt to the

changing face of the international legal services market. He has also worked professionally in the engineering,

management consulting and financial services industries having bought and sold a number of professional services

firms over the last 25 years.
