I assist both corporate and law firm clients with the planning, acquisition, investigation, assessment, reduction, processing, review and production of the ESI component of a case or matter necessitating defensible processes and effective search & sampling methodologies.
I've supported numerous matters with complex ESI processes and large review teams involving intellectual property/patents, mergers & acquisition, securities, environmental, product liability, internal investigations, regulatory, class actions, bankruptcy, employment, insurance and construction defect in addition to general litigation.
