I have practiced for more than 7 years as a litigation and transactions attorney focused on bankruptcy & corporate restructuring, finance, litigation, and distressed business transactions.
I am currently an associate at the Boston & New York-based boutique law firm of Jager Smith P.C. and previously was an associate with the international law firm of Brown Rudnick LLP for 6 years.
I have extensive experience in complex corporate restructurings in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court, financial and bankruptcy-related litigation, financing, asset & 363 sales, and plans of reorganization.
Those representations include a wide range of constituencies, including debtors, institutional lenders, bondholders, indenture trustees, hedge funds, insurance companies, landlords/lessors, licensor/licensees, guarantors, tort victims, receivers, official and ad hoc committees of creditors, and post-confirmation trusts.
I am experienced with complex financial transactions and capital structures, including first-lien and second lien financing, multi-lender syndicated loans, term and revolver facilities, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, LBOs, bond indentures, debtor-in-possession financing, and securitization transactions.
I enjoy writing on hot legal topics, keeping up-to-date on trending legal issues through social media, and networking with new people.
