Practice/Organization Description

Currently serving as the elected Prosecutor for the Second Judicial Circuit in Indiana after having taken office in 1995. During my tenure in office I've tried and prosecuted several high profile cases, including what is purported to be both the longest and most expensive trial in Indiana history.

The Second Judicial Circuit is located in the southwestern corner of Indiana in Warrick County. We have a population of 60,000+ with a caseload that consists largely of substance abuse related criminal activity with a comparatively small number of violent crimes. Our office consists of six attorneys and twelve support staff, and an annual combined budget of $500,000+.

Bar Admissions

Member of the Indiana Bar and admitted to practice before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
