Valorem (meaning “value” in Latin) was formed in January 2008 by BigLaw Refugees who provide clients with elite litigation representation based on alternative fee arrangements that puts our own "skin in the game." We listened to what clients wanted and designed our firm accordingly from the ground up -- no red tape, budget certainty, diversity, collaboration and the innovative use of technology and strategic outsourcing.
