Bambi Faivre Walters received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane in 1997 and her B.S. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Environmental and Water Resource Systems from the University of Virginia in 1992. She is a licensed general contractor with added certifications in environmental and energy efficiency specialties.

Ms. Walters is a registered patent attorney having prosecuted over 800 foreign and domestic patent and trademarks applications. She is a registered patent attorney and is admitted the North Carolina State Bar. Ms. Walters is a member of numerous professional organizations.
