Practice/Organization Description
After 25 years of complex commercial litigation practice, I turned to a full-time ADR practice. I am on the following ADR panels: United States District Court Settlement Officer Panel for the Central District of California; Judicate West ADR Services; and, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.
Before turning my career to an ADR practice, I was a partner at Hancock, Rothert & Bunshoft (now Duane Morris) and an associate at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz (the Philadelphia firm's Los Angeles office) and Buchalter Nemer in Los Angeles.
I continue to teach Beginning Trial and Deposition Skills for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and am an Adjunct Professor at the Pepperdine U. School of Law, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
I am a columnist for the online work-life balance journal The Complete Lawyer and have published widely in both the academic and professional press.
My practice specialties included antitrust, securities fraud, insurance coverage, intellectual property (including patent infringement), professional liability and general commercial litigation.
My mediation specialties are the same.
