Practice/Organization Description
I am a solo practitioner, with over 17 years experience as an litigator, with experience in employment law, nursing home abuse ad neglect cases, business litigation and non-compete disputes. I represent primarily individuals and small business owners. My goal is to provide aggressive representation for a reasonable fee.
Importantly, I do not pursue every case or accept every prospective client. During my 17 years of practicing law, I have learned that doing a few things better than anyone else is the key to success. So, my law practice focuses on maximizing results by offering representation to fewer clients in just a few areas of law, particularly employment and business litigation.
