The WNJ Appellate Practice Group is one of the Midwest’s leading appellate litigation practice groups, counting among its members a recent Michigan Court of Appeals judge and former federal appellate clerks from the 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Circuits. Over the past seven years, our attorneys have:

• Appeared in the U.S. Supreme Court 16 times;

• Litigated in many federal Circuits and state supreme courts;

• Participated in well over 100 Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court matters; and

• Submitted amicus curiae briefs on behalf of the Michigan State Bar’s Appellate Practice, Real Property Law, and Probate & Estate Planning Sections; the Michigan Manufacturers Association; the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Inc.; the Defense Research Institute; the Product Liability Advisory Council; the Michigan Bankers Association; the Michigan Aggregates Association; The Right Place, Inc.; the City of Grand Rapids; and three States.
