Practice/Organization Description

We are a criminal defense that concentrates on post-conviction litigation. That includes direct appeals in Texas State Court as well as federal courts. We also handle applications for habeas corpus in Texas courts as well federal courts in Texas. I have handled all types of cases, and in the last few years have handled a number of cases involving forensic issues, including arson, DNA, blood spatter and other disciplines.
