On May 11, the Obama Administration (the “Administration”) issued general explanations of its Fiscal Year 2010 revenue proposals. The proposals provide a more comprehensive look at proposals that had previously been described, and also introduce various new proposals. The proposals include a variety of provisions that will affect individuals. The following is a summary of certain of these provisions.
