As noted in previous blog posts, Arkansas operates a petroleum storage tank trust fund that provides reimbursement for eligible storage tanks for certain corrective actions and third party damage claims due to a release of petroleum.
The Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks meets monthly at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to review reimbursement claims.
The next meeting of the Advisory Committee will be February 27th at 9:00 a.m. in conference room 1E09 of the agency.
