On September 13, 2017, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency jointly released proposed changes to each agency’s Community Reinvestment Act’s regulations relating “Regulation C, which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act[.]” FDIC Release.
