A. Project Modification AL2016-022, Geneva County Health Care Authority, Inc., Geneva, AL: Proposed to acquire, relocate and operate five (5) geriatric psychiatric inpatient beds as an addition to its existing sixteen (16) bed geriatric psychiatric unit. These beds will be relocated from the now closed Chilton Medical Center. Project Modification Request: Increase in the project cost from $110,500 to $232,351.13, a result of new management and new architectural firm. Opposition: Laurel Oaks opposes any attempt to change the limiting language set out in the original CON.
